Is there much of a difference between Psilocybin Mushrooms & Truffle's in terms of the affects?

psilocybin concentrations can vary a lot : https://erowid.org/plants/mushrooms/mushrooms_info4.shtml Even between 2 fruit bodies (aka "shrooms") coming from the same mycelium.

fyi most "truffles" are sclerotium of psilocybe tampanensis, but others can produce sclerotium too (for example p. galindoi)

They can be equally strong depending on the dose of course. In fresh condition 15 grams sclerotia (truffles) are about as strong as 35 grams fresh mushrooms. In dried condition things are a bit different. One can compare 3-3,5 dried shrooms to about 5-6 grams dry truffles to my experience
