Definitely in a tissue culture media and one that works for cacti this is impressive I would love to know the ratios that your using for this mix very useful skill you've got there friend I'm super interested
much like agar cups for mycelium except usually using Ms medias
and hormones with fungicides to achieve the perfect sterile and nutritional environment to culture plants you can multiply a plant on a way larger scale as compared to regular cloning by the thousands
