And thank you everyone for your replies wether you realise it or not i feel so much more relaxed knowing its not just me. I can honestly say im feeling more open to my next sesh now.

I get nervous and anxious from shrooms and LSD... From DMT and Salvia I get, "HOLY SHIT, NOPE NOT TODAY" lol like a knee jerk reaction of my ego trying to squirm free in the seconds before blast off.
