I'm not sure if anxiety, mold exposure, or something else was up but...I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this or something like it. I'm living with family in a filthy house, under an incredible amount of stress lately, so maybe it was just DPDR but I have had that and it wasn't like this... The other day, completely sober, I felt terrible and decided to drag my ass outside and go for a walk. As soon as I did, I looked around and nothing was real. Out of the corner of my eye, I could almost see the computer grid of the trees (think the matriolx or lawnmower man). I had this feeling like my soul had traveled off without me, very disconnected from my body and mind, like it was just doing something it had done before and didn't need me for the process. I was an automoton in some simulation. Thoughts?
