Has anybody ever had the basic solution swallow the naphtha? Never seen this before but the solution is like gel and the naphtha isn’t floating to the top. I need some understanding

Sounds like you have an emulsion issue...... Little bit of salt like tables non iodine salt to help break up and keep putting water in it to push the Nap out. Sitting the jar in a hot water bath might help loosen up your emulsion.

I’ve had good success with separating out an emulsion by placing my jars on top of a washing machine or dryer on a gentle cycle after adding some salt. The gentle vibrations seem to help to separate it out.

I was such a fool once that I tried it. like I had a vision. but I don't remember much. absolutely unnecessary use of substances. besides, they say that with alcohol you are more inclined to connect with bad entities.
