I am drinking so much these days just to stay afloat, I can't wait for my first harvest. I need some spiritual guidance.

View MoreDrinking alcohol is deviating from the spiritual path. It helps us to "deal" with the problems of life. Whether you're trying to escape from them or trying to forget them altogether, what you end up doing is giving these so called problems power. When you are controlled by your circumstances its easy to forget how powerful you really are. Until you realize how much you are manifesting your reality you will continue to see the world as "happening TO you", and from that point of view things can seem quite unfair. When the world seems unfair its easy to say fuck it and try to find a way to cope with reality. There's no shame in getting caught up this illusion, in fact it's neccesary in order to wake up from the illusion. The illusion is "you are in you, and the world is out there". It makes you believe you have limited control over your experience..then life is hard. You DO have another option. The only real freedom we really have is how we respond to our experience. You can either respond from your programmed ego, based on conditioning and traumas. or you can honor that part of you that is divine. The you that is a pure and perfect expression of the universe. All of your problems are drawn to you, for you, and by you. They are all but projections being reflected back at you. Once you start to take conscious control of your thoughts, emotions, intentions, imagination etc...what you project begins to be reflected back accordingly. Cliche, but life really is what you make it. Its up to you, and when reality is up to you it doesnt make much sense to dull it. Im a recovering alcoholic. This is what has worked for me. Maybe your drinking because you're bored. If that's the case..why tf are your bored?! You are breathing, you are aware of all these vibrations in so many different ways, you can formulate concepts and experience emotion, all of which are creating the longest strangest trip we call life. Maybe it's all a simulation and non of it matters. Good luck friend. You are loved.
