Ok my question to those who dose multi days in a row, does no break effect the level of how it works?

It doesn't affect serotonin if taking every day? I just took under a gram Saturday and Monday I'm still recovering... no tolerance granted, but everyday and no breaks? Whew, I'd get nothing ever accomplished

You build a tolerance to it but i basically get the same effect daily. Like Dboomer said some days can be a little stronger tgan usual. I grant that me not blending my mushrooms up well.
