What your experiencing is called metabolites in short your mycelium has a slight bacterial infection and its fighting it off and will continue to do so as long as it has the strength to do so its perfectly ok and non toxic just keep an eye out for contams to show they will show them self eventually

As Lucky charms stated, “yellow droplets” are usually metabolites/mycelium-pee.... with my current shoeboxz mycelium in 2 of them turn a yellowish tint right before pins formed, im guessing it was due to dryness but it caused no issues fruiting... or could be a “wet bubble”
