Anyone have any good advice on achieving good rhizomorphic growth in Agar? I keep transferring my fastest and most ropy growth but I keep getting parts with tomatose. I have 2 dishes that came out perfect but I feel that might have been on accident and when transferring from those dishes that next transfer had both rizo and tomatoes. I just don't get it. Here's pictures of the dish I achieved great rizo growth and the next transfer (don't mind the "dirty" label, thought it was contamed but on closer inspection it was not)
