Ive heard magneto is decent too.
This can be used as is, but if you dont have ceramic donut coils, they are apparently well worth it..

I got one a few days ago. Never had an easier breakthrough with 5-meo-dmt. It also feels way less cracky than smoking it from my glass beaker pipe. Lol.

As is and yeah ceramic donut coil are proper. But quartz rod coils work fine also
