So for cloning you just take a piece of the fruit and put on top of agar to get mycelium going? Sorry for a stooopid question
How do you make sure to avoid contamination from original piece?

@crashedfx from what i have seen its best to get tissue from inside of the stipe if you want to clone. Best to get a few samples while you are at it.

Depending on my goal I will get a sample from the inside of the cap or if I'm trying to get big clusters I will take a sample out of the bottom of a good set of clusters...
