this tub of Ecuador has pretty much looked like this well over a week now..mycelium starting to climb wall...is there anything i can do to trigger pinning other than fanning?

I've heard it can take up to 2 weeks before pinning. Try not to overfan it since each time you do it you increase the probability of contam.
