After a couple of rough starts with MSS to agar, I made some pint jar sized BRF cakes. I inoculated them early June. I'm pleased with the results far. Now, waiting for some better looking specimens to mature to grab some prints and try my hand at cloning. At the end of the day, I simply want enough to microdose.
