Hi man! Good?
Please, can you tell me what is the component of the substrate that appears at the top of the photo? I see the same component in many post here.
I use rice and vermiculite.

This is just a grain that I will eventually inoculate my substrate with.. this is just Rye grain and Uncle Ben's bags.. once they fully colonized I will spawn to bulk tek with a manure Coco coir and vermiculite substrate
