Any advice. Made both these batches wihin 15 min of each other and followed same steps but 1 has slightly less water.My issue is usually whenever i mix up i get a brown colour that when i stop turns almost immediately a purple colour.This happens with the 2nd one but first one stays brown. This has never happened before and both same bark ? Any thoughts or suggestions ......
