I'm only getting edge and bottom pins on my cakes. Are the sides and tops staying too dry since the moisture collects on the foil?

The bottom forms a micro climate. Hinestly if your getting good yeilds where the mush grows on brf does not matter if your were doing a sub tek it would be more of a problem
