Tips- adding extra lite malt extract will not help mycelium grow. Buy the petri dishes with the ring they stack well dont contaminate as easy if film comes off. Drowning your sab in alcohol mau cause problems did 50 dishes none grew i feellike that 99 iso got into the petri dishes without the ring. 9-10 agar mixworks well fir me 9 agar 10 lite malt extract mix 500 ml water p.c for 1:30 hours at 15 psi

Beautiful work fam im working on a lme batch almost the same as yours i just add 1g honey and 1g bee pollen i got a few more tranfer to do becore i share my findings but results are looking good
