tampanesis logg2g from rye to popcorn via Home Mycology tek.substrate was coir and verm little to no moisture spawned on april 14th. on april 20th an infestation of fungus larvae was found. soaked in diluted hydrogen peroxide. april 24th- still there. 3/6 monofied tubs were "saved". cased last night with peat, coir and lime to "balance" ph ...but not reallt. PH 6.2this morning atleast 50 side pins, and 3 mushrooms. cracked a guiness to this one- hoping this one doesnt die buy the larvae. these tampanesis have powerful energy just sitting here. it was also just sitting on my.porch overlooking the beach. any suggestions on preventing side pins or just forcing growth through casing?? is it light on direct top that does tht?

Im pretty sure putting plastic down under your sub keeps it from pinning on the sides

Supa is spot on, I'm new to this and what I've seen ppl doing is lining the bottom of the tube with black plastic to prevent pinning on the sides and bottom
