I get .2 in 00 and that’s not packed super tight. You can get .5 in 000

I thought 00 gave a .5? I have bag of Apr aborts that i want to turn into caps but dont know what caps to buy for a proper micro dose

My bad folks, I just checked my bags, I have 0 and 00, so the ones I made my wife were 0 and I did .2 not packed super tight. The 00 for .5 that I make.
