So ive left these out From when I poured them as you can see the 2% salt dishes had the smallest little contam spots showing up. Out of All the dishes that’s the only contain that showed up. Any of you that do agar work should realize how amazing it is that these dishes have set at room temperature with just the lids on them for this long with such little contam showing up with the agar being only boiled to begin with. So here’s to our latest update I’m inoculating them now let’s see what happens.
