Hello everyone!
I’m new around here and I have to say I really feel a connection that I rarely feel on any other social media platform these days.
I’m not posting anything life changing or chasing any likes, just wanted to start a discussion on what you all have for types of therapy work?
What do you recommend to do while your mind is wandering?
Mine is painting radiators at the moment. It got my mind thinking about bonsai trees, the patience and I guess, therapy involved in that, which got me wondering what more people did.
