Almost a month in the fruiting chamber and no mushies, mycylium looks and smells healthy enough, been cold shocked and has plenty of humidity and FAE (as far as I know, still pretty new to growing) I did leave these in the jar for about a month after they were fully colonized. Anyone else experienced this/knows what the cause could be? My last batch of cakes sprung mushrooms within a few days of being birthed

Dunk your cakes (fully submerged) for about 12 hours and they will most likely fruit for you. I recommend using spring or distilled water. Not tap.

Personally the cakes looked too unforgiving for beginners. Could burn through a lot of syringes before you get it right. That's why I went with Agar. I can make all the mistakes I want and still continue

@The Mushroom Man Agar certainly seems like a good option from what I've read, it's something I'm hopefully going be trying soon
