Loving the colors and waking up in a peaceful mindset. Exactly what i needed this morning. Today i go to see my surgeon and ive been super nervous leading up to it as ive had 2 reconstructive surgeries on my ankle since march. I have a pin on the inside of my ankle that he said before he may have to remove if its shifted while in p.t. or if its constantly in pain. Each day i make progress in balance, turning and walking, i still have a limp unless im MD, when dosed i can walk normal without any pain like nothing ever happened (i literally do laps in amazement lol). The lessons ive learned and the obstacles ive overcome through this process has truly humbled me. For those that dont know i broke my ankle when i was on shrooms (will write a report eventually). I was quite literally tripping (i can laugh about it now however not fun or funny in the moment at all). I can honestly say im thankful for every step i take and for the small things that i took for granted before. And beyond thankful for the beautiful souls in this community that have reached out to check on me or give me support and just be there for me. I appreciate you guys ♡

Got the clearance to go back to work and no more surgeries in the near future unless the pains become constant. Still got daily exercises tho. Best advice I can give is to know your limits and dont doubt yourself. You may be able to still do things you enjoy but make accommodations. Give yourself time to heal and be patient with yourself.

We are settling in. Alot of unpacking to finish but every day we discover something new to love about this place. I have a few places that told me to come talk to them when i got the clearance so hopefully will be back to work soon. I wish you all the best ♡
