I'm using some stems and shake for these cookies so I'm gonna put about 20 grams of that (decarbed in oven on 220° for 25 minutes) into 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter. To make the butter I'm using the water-simmering method. About 175° (measured with a candy thermometer) for 3 hours.
