So if you havent noticed I use my platic tray covers. I started to worry about condensation and pooling, so to minimize that and to promote n maintain a 360° temp I put a tray over the plastic cover. I know you can use aluminum foil, but being able to just pop the top to do a quick check without having to prep for surgery is the best.
