Today I tried my hand at innoculating some agar jars. A very improvised SAB variant was thrown together to slightly improve chances. Where I'm from I can't get spores easily so I had to use some tissue from some slightly bendy dried mushies from a baggie. I tried to be as clean and smooth as possible about it all.Keep your fingers crossed guys!! Even if I have to make agar transfers to keep it clean, I really hope some of the mycelium grabs hold of LIFE. Mush love!
