I used spores to inoculate with. I’m using the brf tek so I powdered brown rice mixed with verm and water. Not sure what I’ll use for my substrate it’s a pan cyan not sure if manure is required for bulky flushes, but I’m think some horse manure with verm and coco coir might be good
