No, no straining. It gets fine like dust. When you stir it it’s not even noticeable there’s something in there when you drink it. That’s really what I love about grinding them in the electric coffee been grinder

They cost like 10-20 bucks. Very well worth it if you ask me in case you don’t have one

I use the coffee grinder to make 5G of powder, add the juice of one lemon, wait 20 minutes, squirt of honey and enjoy with a spoon.
