Ok so I order a strain called oak ridge from SW. They colonized really fast and mycelium looked strong and healthy but when I went to fruit they grew for like 2 days then been stuck like this its been about a week I went to fruit last sat. Can anybody help me find out whats goin on? Would really appreciate it

Just keep the surface misted with beads of water and be patient. What I do instead of dub tubs is I take the 6 quarts and throw 3 of them inside a large size monotub it helps regulate the humidity and gives the fruits more upward room to grow. Toat size is 90quarts misting the walls of these with a fine missing one time should keep the rh about 90% for a week or so before I notice a drop in humidity

Sorry guys forgot to tell you thank you for your help. My temps were to low which was throwing my RH off. Turned the temp up to 75 and they came alive again. Mushlove everyone grateful we got a place like this to learn from one another.
