Houston, we have a problem. There as nothing in here after countertop fan evap .. here’s my soup looks like all the leftover evap on its own .. first time. Large batch. Where did I eff up? I have 3 trays like one in pic all empty ????????

Also one point I may have failed at was stirring in my solvent… I only stirred for a couple minutes then spent a bunch of time looking for a pan then came back to the soup and pulled off the solvent

Maybe I didn’t stir the solvent in it long enough to get it out of the base into the zippo?

The more time the solvent has to mix and the more surface area it touches the more it will pull until it reaches it's saturation point. This is especially important for STB teks like lazy. 30 minutes of mixing it around the muck is ideal.

When I did lazyman tek I would leave the solvent in for days, rolling, tossing the vessel end over end, mixing it well and allowing to separate. My yields always rewarded me.
Definitely invest in a meter and/or ph strips. If you havent thrown anything away then it's still there. Good luck!
