Absolutely. Integration is probably the most neglected yet essential component of being a skillful Psychonaut. I draw mandalas and journal. Writing trip reports here is a great way so even others can possibly benefit. Do you know about the Hopkins - Griffiths Protocol?

It also helps with dreams by dashing down images then you can recall the memory years later. When moveing into regular awareness the dream memory dissolves. Trying to write words can be less effective than scribbled images .
