.07g seems a sweet spot for my microdosing, with a 4 days on two days off schedule. Until now I’ve put them in #00 capsules just because I had a random handful. These #5’s arrived today and they are perfect size once all packed in... packing them in though is tricky job! Haven’t yet spotted a #5 filler so I’ve done these individually. 90 minutes to pack 15! All good fun :)
