Hi all. Hope you are doing well. I want to pick your brain on integration but first let me tell you shortly on my recent weeks. Been on holiday to Italy and Swiss and got to visit the one and only Peyoceps and met his friends Chiron and another brother. It was a lovely day with good vibes, good food and good conversations. Mush love to you 3! ❤️While in Swiss me and my girl also went to this little festival and got to see Jan Blomqvist and Sainte Vie, which sets on Youtube at Burning man we've listened to many many times and here they where in real life! We danced our buts off, it was magical. What also was absolutely stunning where the mountains, havent felt this amazed in a long time without the help of psychedelics. Came back home to see my little habaneros exploded and got to welcome some new baby peyotes. Good stuff people.Now to the brain picking part. I see a lot of posts mentioning integration, and although I think I get the concept, I dont really understand how it works. I'm afraid that by giving words or thoughts to an experience that does not exist in the realm of words it is dendrimental to the experience. I'm pretty sure this is an uninformed assumption so I'm really curious how you do it and what it brings you. Peace! ❤️
