This is my instuctions i use. I have had really good results with the boiling method but i have come to find the potency goes down if you boil it. It's not as good quality. If you slow simmer, it takes a few pulls to get it all but the extra work is worth it because the quality of the product is top notch! In case anyone it there wants to know this info!
