You could spread it all out and chop it really fine give it some air for a day.that should fix it if it still has solvents in it.or dissolve it again in clean solvent. I have seen a load of spice look like that.

IF any of the base solution found it’s way into the evap dish, then you’ll definitely need to re-ex at minimum, mini a/b or water wash would be best to be 100% sure there’s no base contained in there. If a tiny bit of base made its way to evap dish then it’s contaminated with lye.
