I suggest splitting that up and doing two 50gr batches. Just in case you mess one up, if this is your first time.

I thought I should do 2 50g batches as well. To do a 2nd pull, must I change out the lye or can I just add more naphtha and mix

Pulls are just adding new naptha, rolling and removing. Repeat 3-5 times until you aren't getting any more goodness.

And please make sure to neutralize your soup befor you discard. After your last pull add a few ozs of vinergar and shake.
