thanks for all the help yall,,,, flipped my jars and within 24 hours 6 of the 16 have started taking bottoms over lost 1 jar to mold 3 jars to just nothing happened also have to baggs going.... can you mix different strains of mushrooms in a bulk casing mix all together or no?

Good question. I have tried a few times and have gotten “surprise” contamination every time and had to throw it all away. Either do grain to grain like GaiaGazing said or fruit multiple smaller tubs. Best of luck
