It 2.5 of Malabar this weekend a very mellow variety of mushroom. But every around me wanted to watch shutter island and that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would sincerely advise against watching that movie on psychedelics. Took me a while to shake it off.

My weekend was working volunteering only but as incredible as if working with the sacred medicines. It's great when we realise the spiritual practice is every day and every moment all the time.
