Well, I did something stupid. To help jumpstart my production I went ahead and purchased grain bags from Etsy (pressure cooker isn't safe anymore, getting a new one when i can afford it). The bags are full of clumpy starch to the point half of it is a solid mass. Be very careful with vendors, even with seemingly good reviews. I bought 5 of these bags and it really gets to me knowing I'd have done 30x a better job preparing these grains. This bags are virtually unusable and I bet money they will stall and contaminate.. moisture content is hugely uneven as well. Vendor: aPlusgrain or u/aPlusgrain

Could just cook jars in a pot with a lid. That's what I done for awhile until a pressure cooker was affordable.
