My first grow isn't going very well. She's a fighter, and continues to grow, but all her leaves keep getting brown spots/edges almost as soon as they come in. Nutrients -1 cup Epsom salt weekly + 1/2 cup worm castings every other day & occasionally 1/4 cup fresh coffee grounds mixed in. What did I do wrong? Can I do anything to save her?

the soil not need to always be wet, it dry faster in the surface.. i had about 3.5gallon soil and i was add only 1-1.5liter water to it every third day.. my leafs did the same on few plants for about 6weeks but they became perfect weed so i think no need to worry

That's good to know. I have monitored the soil the past 2 days, and it's stayed wet looking with the normal amount of watering. I haven't begun the 2 days of adding more water yet...wondering if that could cause damage if the soil is already so saturated?

when the soil is so saturated with water for long time that called overwater and it can kill a plant or slow the proccess.. i waited until my plants show sign of the need of water and thats how i calculated when they need water regulary

GratefulBen that makes sense. Thanks! My guess is that it's because we finally got some cloud cover and cooler temps. Up till now I've watered daily because the soil has felt dry (at least down to 3") every evening for the past 3 months. Fingers crossed I haven't killed her.
