I posted a picture of a couple little fireflies a few days ago, and have been checking that spot in my yard almost every day since. Spotted a couple snoozing again c: I'm sure they'll be flying around before too long. Sun is on its way down here.

Fireflies/lightening bugs are super cool. I was just talking to a friend of mine today about how I'd love to catch a male and a female in a jar with airholes in the lid with food and water for them and have them reproduce and then release them back into nature to help repopulate them.

There are areas in central and southern ontario Canada where these mfers can be found ripping around. I never realized how big these insects are until i caught one last week at night.
