Beast is literally ripping out new pups and flowering once again. Seed machine! Lophophora williamsii. Never was able to find out the variety as in exact area seed originated but this is seed grown to pencil eraser size and grafted. Second season outdoor from graft last year. In 15 months this went from pencil eraser size to this. Cant wait to see what Mescalito does after transplant and a second year of growth. As of now expecting already around 6-8 fruits which typically yield anywhere from 3-13 seeds per fruit. Fruits occur around 6-8 weeks after flower no matter what you Google. Trussa me. Been doing this for many years. Hope you all enjoy and living life to the fullest. With mush love and respect this pic goes out to all of you here. Number 5 I believe and any of the smaller "Beast" pics are last year right before going indoor for the winter. Gonna try and plant some seed grown Lophs in the ground this year for many future years of growth. Gotta love this huge Mojave Desert ????️. Use what it offers us. Rant ended. Mush love to you all.

Grafting results in huge growth as in 700-800% compared to seed grown. Alkaloids depend on long in ground grown or in pot but ground better depending in where you live. If not in Loph terroir or similar outdoor in ground wouldnt work IMO. Love you all.

Beautiful!! I have a few as well, I am fairly new to loph cultivation. I noticed some reddish/green areas along the base, similar to yours actually. Is this a cause for concern? Thank you!

You should be fine. I believe its just frim sun exposure on mine. Sometimes it can be signs of mites but not in this case. Also got a bit of seaweed foliar overspray for other plants when lophs were indoor for winter
