Looks like Laetiporus cincinnatus. Maybe L. sulphureus. I have a clone in my library. I've not been able to get it to fruit in the lab but have some outdoors and my fingers are crossed.

Thanks everyone! Update on the mushroom, the bottom chunk is missing now..i noticed it in the wood line on the side of the road right down the street from my house. I want to go get the other piece now!
