Huachuma negro - so thick, its black. We had this in a wine bottle originally and it broke in the freezer from expansion. So we heated it back up, reduced it even more, and strained it again to get the glass out. Gonna give it a whirl on this beautiful Monday morning. This was made with peruvianus "Kathleen"
