First time making capsules. Pretty consistant .6g-.7g each. I ground up 5g extra to allow for what didnt make it out the grinder had a bit left over and over shot the .5g goal. Next time prob grind up 51g instead of 55g.

Nice work! I can average .45 with 00 caps and have a few strays hit high .5s but with capsule weight nearly @ 0.1 I'm closer to 0.40 average.... after months of microdosing i prefer a .4 to .5 dose... it can get borderline trippy if i catch a "hitter" or am totally empty stomach. Enjoy bro

Awesome. Your capsules must be decent sized. I used a coffee grinder to grind them up. Mine have always come up at a nice consistency of .44-.45. But my capsule weighs .095, so mine average .345-.355 per capsule.
