So my first shot at extracting dmt from chacruna leaves seemed to be going well (using the Lazyman's tek from dmt-nexus method), until I tried to vape the end product and it did nothing except turn to ash and end with disappointed. Ha.This is what the powder (if you could call it that) looked like once the coffee filters dried. It's not very powdery and almost clay like when you rub a small piece between your fingers. It's a shame because the yield was looking pretty descent. Anyone have that happen to them before and know where they went wrong?

Not sure what it is, I just know it doesn't melt and produce vapor the way it's supposed to. MightyEagle I think you were right that it was lye. My latest batch using the cantelmotek (Heisenberg 2.0) didn't have the lye problem at all. Only nice crystals
