I have a central heating system in my studio apartment with a thermostat in living room which makes the temp fluctuate 1 Celsius up and down which makes the temp in my small kitchen fluctuate even more like 5-7 celsius range . I managed to keep it constant though by setting the termostat at high temp , but the main central heater is at minimim almost, so it never gets to the temp set on thermostat , it keeps heating running and i adjust it from that tap
