I am very ignorant when it comes to mushrooms. Can I eat things I find in the forest once I have identity them (meaning they are not poisonous)? Or is there a process I should follow before doing that?

@gurmandi i believe theres a process to ensure safety for anything. Especially mushrooms. Its a procrss to determine them safe for consumption, even.
