First time ever putting anything on agar. Squirted some liquid culture on there that I made to test it out before going to grain. Question, how do I tell if the liquid culture I made is good? Looks good in jar. But what am I looking at here? Need to wait longer? Only been 3 days. Thanks!

All my spore lc slome molded and allbmy live culture syringes cotton webbed. Im not sure it was the agar or the syringes, possibly sterile tech.. When things dont go right there is so many variables in backtracking T.T you never truly know.

Dont get discouraged, step back, think, go through your procedure and see if you can identify any/all possible vectors for that contamination ..... and by process of elimination series of retries, identify the culprit.
