First time ever putting anything on agar. Squirted some liquid culture on there that I made to test it out before going to grain. Question, how do I tell if the liquid culture I made is good? Looks good in jar. But what am I looking at here? Need to wait longer? Only been 3 days. Thanks!

All my spore lc slome molded and allbmy live culture syringes cotton webbed. Im not sure it was the agar or the syringes, possibly sterile tech.. When things dont go right there is so many variables in backtracking T.T you never truly know.
