Each of these dishes came from the same mother dish. The pink agar is MEA and the yellow is GWA, if you couldn't tell from the pics lol. I notice a clear difference in the texture of the mycelium between the two mediums. Does anyone know why this could be? Does the mycelium just act differently on different agar types? Could it be the difference in nutritional content? Any help would be appreciated.
